The Home Body Series, T2 Fitness’ online fitness subscription based program, is bringing you a 30-day challenge, starting Monday, January 11th to let go of the baggage of 2020.
You’ll only need a mat and pair of dumbbells to perform each workout. Workouts will last anywhere from 30 to 50 minutes and they will consist of low impact workouts and high intensity sessions. Plus, our virtual community will be at your fingertips to keep you motivated and dedicated to improving YOU.

WHEN DOES THE SERIES START?
You will be able to commit to the Home Body Series starting on Thursday, October 1st. Once you register, you will have access to all of the previous workouts ASAP and the schedule for when the next LIVE session will take place.
What training level is necessary?
Workouts are able to accommodate our Cousins (Home Body Members) who are beginners with our Low Impact Workouts and Intermediate and Advanced Cousins with our High Intensity Workouts. Also, modifications are provided within EACH workout so ALL levels can join in for each session.
What type of equipment do I need?
Ideally, a pair of dumbbells for our upper-body based exercises, a pair of dumbbells for our lower-body based exercises, and a mat. If you don't have dumbbells feel free to use water bottles; a lot of our exercises and some workouts will even require no equipment.
How long are the workouts?
Workouts will range from 30 minutes to 50 minutes long.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
There are no refunds for the The Home Body Series. If you purchase the monthly subscription and you decide you would like to discontinue, you can cancel your membership from that point on, with no penalty.
ARE WORKOUTS FOR MEN OR WOMEN?
BOTH!
HOW MANY DAYS SHOULD WE WORKOUT WITHIN A WEEK?
We always suggest to our clients to workout on most days of the week; which means we encourage you to workout at least 4 to 5 days a week. We also believe in rest days for appropriate rest and recovery. Do what feels best for your body; but remember, change will always require a challenge. So be willing to challenge yourself within the Series.
what if i can't move at the pace of the trainer?
This program is for you and we are in this TOGETHER. Perform the movements at your own pace and remember movement is what is most important when you desire change in your health; in your lifestyle; and in your fitness level. Never worry about what other people are doing, our only goal is for you to finish (modifications and all!). Focus on the movement and the rest will always take care of itself.
WHAT IF I MISS THE LIVE WORKOUT?
LIVE workouts and replay workouts are provided via the group’s private Facebook page. If you miss the LIVE workouts, you can check out the replay workout in our private Facebook Group. If you don’t have a profile on Facebook, you will need one in order to participate in the Series.
The Home Body Series subscribers agree to engage in physical exercise or activity at your own risk and assume risk of any and all injury and/or damage you may suffer, whether while engage in physical exercise or not. If you are engaged in online training, you acknowledge that you are not being monitored by a physical trainer and that there is no liability to the physical trainer, T2 Fitness, T2 Fitness Studios, The Home Body Series or studio of there is an injury sustained.
