T2 FITNESS IS HIRING!!

As our business expands, our staff must increase too! T2 Fitness has an open position for a part-time certified personal trainer who can assist with training our current and new clients.  A personal trainer is needed to train 20 hours a week with availability in the evenings starting at 4pm and Saturday mornings. The trainer we are seeking possesses a personal trainer certification and is able to create physical fitness programs for clients with a variety of fitness levels.  One should have to the ability to challenge, motivate, and nurture clients to aid them in reaching their health and fitness goals.  If you’re interested & meet our qualifications, or know someone who is interested, please click the link below!

GOAL SEEKERS 5K RACE, SUCCESS!!

 

Our inaugural Goal Seekers 5k Race was a huge success!  We had an amazing turnout, perfect weather and over 350 people who came to seek and reach their goals for 2017.  Special thanks to our sponsors:  Southern Illinois University, TowneBank, The Vitamin Shoppe, Dave & Buster’s, Fleet Feet Sports, Phoenix Restaurant and Lounge, and Pepsi Co.  We would also like to thank our volunteers and group volunteers:  Bayside High School Students, Get Lit Keystone Club of The Boys and Girls Club, NuDelta Lambda Shape of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, students from Hampton University, Sigma Omicron Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, and The Impact Nation Cheerleaders.

6 YEARS!!!!!!

“Yesterday was my 6 year anniversary.  Six years ago, I decided to step out on complete faith and start my own business, T2 Fitness.  I decided to celebrate my 6 year mark, as 50% of all businesses fail within the first 5 years of being in existence.  Since, I’ve made it over the hump, anything else is a double blessing to me.  T2 Fitness will be offering discounts and freebies in appreciation of your support, so stay tuned!

I would like to extend my gratitude to anyone who has stepped foot in T2 Fitness Studios, has completed personal training with me, group classes, came in for a consultation, stopped by just to check out the place, and attended any of my speaking events or fitness challenges.  THANK YOU!

Thank you to anyone who has given my T2 FITNESS business card to a friend, family member, or coworker.  Thank you to anyone who has read any of my newsletters, or forwarded them to other people.  Thank you to anyone that has shared any of my posts on social media.  I am still here because of everyone who has supported my dream, passion, and focus on creating a life for myself that involves doing something that I truly love, and sharing my insight and knowledge with anyone that has had an inkling of doing something positive for themselves.  Running a one-woman show has been a challenging journey and I am so thankful.  Tears are coming to my eyes because I NEVER knew I would get this far when I decided in 2009 that I wanted to serve in this capacity.
